After a mixed football career, George turned to professional sprinting and in August 1970 broke the World Professional 120 yards record, setting a fastest  time of 11.14 seconds in 2003. george was inducted into the Scottish Sports Hall of Fame in the athletics catagory. agreat favourite on the After Dinner Circuit.



Prolific goal scorer with top flight clubs, Coventry City and Nottingham Forrest. Ian was one of the worlds most expensive players when he signed for Forrest for 1.25 million pounds. 



John was appointed to referee the 2005 Scottish Cup Final between Celtic and Dundee United. He said the feeling he had when appointed resulted in him speaking to spacemen or days! Now retired, John was also a FIFA referee and has officiated at four World Cup qualifiers. Instantly recogniable for his 6'3" frame and shaved head, he was a favourite with both home and away fans.

John is happy speaking to audiences of 50 to 500.



A great favourite with Rangers fans when he moved there from Manchester United, Jimmy was also a Northern Ireland International, with his North Ireland accent Jimmy has a very distinct manner in relating his many experiences both as a player and manager.



Joe's comedy career began in Social Clubs and he also had a taste of TV when he appeared in a comedy series with Alan Stewart and Dave Spike amongst others. Joe also featured in three belhaven beer TV adverts. Over the last few years Joe has mainly worked in the Sportsmen's After Dinner circuit where he has a niche for his brand of grown-up humour. The praise from the organisations, associations and teams he has worked for, are far too many to mention.



Tam is an all round entertainer and is one of Scotland's favourite TV and radio presenters, and is also a top newspaper columnist and resteraunt reviewer. With his wit and common touch Tam is also a big hit, as a host and after dinner speaker for corporate events. From his home town Motherwell, Tam showed earliy signs as a comedy writer, gaining writing credits for Radio 2's Week Ending Show while still at school. Tam successfuly moved into TV in 1998 with Offside on BBC Choice then the show moved to BBC Scotland in 2000 and is still going 17 years later.



John spent 11 years with Motherwell FC, the club he had supported as a boy, playing under such famous men as Ally McLeod, Davie Hay, Jack Wallace and Tommy McLean, winning two first division championship medals in 1981 and 1985.

John is a fully qualified coach holding an A diploma and spent three very successful years as the S.F.A. football development officer in Clackmannnanshire, Johns tales about life in and out of football have whipped up a comical storm at every venue including the Scottish Sports Writer and Scottish Footballers Association Player of the Year Awards, wher ehe received a standing ovation on both occasions. John received the MBN trophy in june 2001 after being voted Scottish Sporting Speaker of the Year.




Gordon has been speaking at after dinners for a while, he brings a bit of fun to them by bringing his alter ego Rab C Nesbitt. Gordon began his solo career in 2010 as a Vocalist, impressionist and comedian after the split of the Mimics. Gordon has became a favourite as an after dinner speaker, working with well known sportsmen from the world of sports.
